Welcome / Bem Vindos!

Hi, I’m Christina Savage (she/her/ela). I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor in Vancouver, BC. As a first generation Portuguese Canadian, I acknowledge and respect that my work takes place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, including –Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.

For over 20 years, I’ve supported individuals, families and couples through life’s challenges—big and small. I’m a counsellor who believes in the power of slowing down, being truly heard, and gently exploring what matters most to you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply unsure of what’s next, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion.

I create a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself—no pressure, no judgment.  Whether you’re carrying the weight of trauma or abuse, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating life transitions or cultural change, or exploring 2SLGBTQIA+ identity or relationship issues—I’m here to listen without judgment. We’ll go at your pace, and together we’ll make sense of what’s happening in your life and what healing might look like for you.

If you’re longing for more peace, connection, or direction in your life, I’m here to help. Together, we can help you find the strength to heal and thrive.
